At Hjemme hos Wenche the surroundings and the food provide a perfect setting for making any occasion a special one. Wenche offers tasty and down to earth cooking combined with a unique passion for food and generous portions.

At Hjemme hos Wenche we are keen on Norwegian food traditions and real ingredients.

The result is the most heavenly dishes based on the best produce from the sea, forests, soil or lakes. And of course, it is always topped off with something sweet. With local suppliers as my friends and a personal relationship with almost every ingredient, it is often the case that good stories are served together with the food.

Our main reception room can seat 65 people around the table. Large and small groups are of course very welcome for more informal events. I only host one group at a time to give my guests more freedom and intimacy.

My deep interest in food and people means that real passion is baked into everything I deliver. I want to inspire and to meet my guests' needs and do everything to ensure that your visit is a pleasant one.
