Open kitchen

My open kitchen is a meeting place for food lovers. Small and large groups are invited to make food together. Let the flavours take over and allow your senses to get lost in recipes, ingredients and atmosphere. The menus are flexible, and we use top class local produce.

I have a personal relationship with almost every ingredient I use, be it hand-picked herbs from my own garden or produce from my fantastic suppliers. Every ingredient has its own story, which is often served together with the food.

Hjemme hos Wenche has a "sit-on-the-stairs-and-drink-wine" group for those who prefer eating the food rather than cooking it. There is a smoking stove in the yard for those who want their fish smoked under the stars. Flavours and experiences are at the heart of what we do, all in a friendly and intimate atmosphere. The result is new and fresh experiences that will continue to spice up your memories for a long time to come.
